Shop, Shipping and Pick-Up Policy

 

Our policy stands that we want every Pup, Pony and their person to love their product as much as we do. Should you have questions, please reach out to us at pupandponyco@gmail.com. We ask that you please measure before placing your order as sales are now final as we are closing our shop.

We ship out items within 1-5 business days of order typically through USPS or ChitChats.

For Curbside Pick-Up, please call or email to set up an approximate pick up time once your order is marked as ready for pick-up.
